How to brew the tea?
Add 2 gms of loose-leaf or 1 teabag per 200ml of water and leave the infusion overnight in a fridge. Add 60ml of the infusion in a glass and add chilled water with ice cubes. Add sugar syrup or honey as a sweetener. You can also add mint leaves for a refreshing touch. Hot or Iced, tastes great both ways!
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, preferably in an air-tight container. Teas can also be stored in a refrigerator after transferring the contents into an air-tight container or a ziplock pouch. Do not leave the loose tea or tea bags open or exposed to air. Always store your tea in an air-tight container.
